This web site (the "Site") is published and maintained by Fly Lovers Travel Private Limited ("ease2fly"), a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. When you access, browse or use this Site you accept, the terms and conditions set forth below.

This Site is only for registered users. Registered users shall not distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose.

As long as you comply with the terms of these Terms and Conditions of Use, ease2fly grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, view and use this Site. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this Site in any way.

Access to certain areas of the Site may only be available to registered users. To become a registered user, you shall be required to fill up the sign up form. Fill up to the sign up forms may be mandatory and/or optional. You represent and warrant that all information you supply to us, about yourself, and others, is true and accurate.

You cannot use all materials on this Site, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons, content, except as specified herein. You agree to follow all instructions on this Site limiting the way you may use the Content.

There are a number of proprietary logos, service marks found on this Site whether owned/used by ease2fly or otherwise. By displaying them on this Site, ease2fly is not granting you any license to utilize those proprietary logos, service marks.

If this Site contains bulletin boards, chat rooms, access to mailing lists or other message or communication facilities, you agree to use the same only to send and receive messages and materials that are proper and related thereto. By way of example and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Site or any facility available herefrom, you shall not do any of the following:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others
• Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information

• Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening or unlawful material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

Ease2fly assumes no liability or responsibility arising from the contents of any communications containing any defamatory, erroneous, inaccurate, libellous, obscene or profane material. Ease2fly may change, edit, or remove any user material or conversations that are illegal, indecent, obscene or offensive, or that violates ease2fly's policies in any way.

Ease2fly will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing ease2fly to disclose the identity of anyone posting such materials.

If you send any communications or materials to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any comments, data, questions, suggestions or the like, all such communications are, and will be treated by ease2fly, as non-confidential.

You hereby give up any and all claim that any use of such material violates any of your rights including moral rights, privacy rights, proprietary or other property rights, publicity rights, rights to credit for material or ideas, or any other right, including the right to approve the way ease2fly uses such material.

Any material submitted to this Site may be adapted, broadcast, changed, copied, disclosed, licensed, performed, posted, published, sold, transmitted or used by ease2fly anywhere in the world, in any medium, forever.

Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to this Site may be read or intercepted by others unless there is a special notice that a particular message (for example, credit card information) is encrypted (send in code). Sending a message to ease2fly does not cause ease2fly to have any special responsibility to you.

The contents of this website belongs to ease2fly. Accordingly, ease2fly reserves all rights. Copying of part or all the contents of this website without permission of ease2fly is prohibited except to the extent that such copying/printing is necessary for the purposes of availing of the paid services provided.

• Charged fare is totally agreed between "BUYER & SELLER", any issues related to fares thereafter will not be entertained.
• Check flight & passenger(s) details directly by logging / calling to the respective airlines, any dispute within 24 hours prior to departure will not be entertained.
• No updates will be shared from our end in respect to flight cancellation / changes in timings, "BUYER" had to check directly with the respective airlines before departure.
• This group ticket is 100% Non Refundable, Non Changeable & Non Cancellable.
• Payment due to Domestic/International Tickets for the credit to be made within 1 day or as per the Collection period notified by ease2fly from time to time.
• Service charges levied are to be collected from the customers on our behalf.
• (a) Any cancellation of the ticket will be entertained only till 1800 Hrs. (b) If the payment is not made on time ease2fly can anytime cancel all the PNR’s/Tickets without any prior notice.
• There will no adjusting of the refund in the payment schedule. The refund will be given back to the agent whenever we have received it from the airline.
• TDS will be deducted as per the law. TDS will be deducted on all commissions/incentives. The TDS certificate will be issued in the next Financial Year.
• The credit limit will be on a weekly basis depending upon the certain guarantees.
• The User shall request ease2fly for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' air booking for any reasons within 10 days from the date of departure for the air ticket. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines and ease2fly as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 10 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or no show air shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
• If user need the refund of unutilized balance in user's account login, user have to send email for that to info@ease2fly.com and bookings@flylovers.in. Refund will be processed through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or CHEQUE only. Refund through CASH is not permitted.

The material in this Site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Ease2fly may make changes or improvements at any time.

The materials on this site are provided on an "As Is" basis, without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. Tot the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, ease2fly disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Ease2fly does not warrant that the functions contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, but shall endeavour to ensure your fullest satisfaction.

Ease2fly does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of or the result of the use of the material on the site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise, insofar as such material is derived from other service providers such as airlines.

You acknowledge that this Website is provided only on the basis set out in these terms and conditions. Your uninterrupted access or use of this Website on this basis may be prevented by certain factors outside our reasonable control including, without limitation, the unavailability, inoperability or interruption of the Internet or other telecommunications services or as a result of any maintenance or other service work carried out on this Website. Ease2fly does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.

You also acknowledge that through this Site, Ease2fly merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate the highest quality services to you. Ease2fly is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore, Ease2fly shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (airline).

Ease2fly will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of your usage of this Site.

The products and services displayed on the Site may not be available for purchase in your particular country or locality. The reference to such products and services on the Site does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time in your particular geographical location. You should check with your local ease2fly authorized representative for the availability of specific products and services in your area.

Ease2fly may add to, change or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.

Ease2fly may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.

Ease2fly reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of ease2fly's systems, as well as its clients' interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, ease2fly may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.

Ease2fly reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Ease2fly shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.

Ease2fly reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice. No waiver by ease2fly of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.

If any dispute arises between you and ease2fly during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Kolkata. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
